We are a family run shop near Worksop, we have a physical shop and this online store. We started selling online during the pandemic which struck just before we were supposed to open our physical shop, delaying our refurbishment project and delaying opening. We started selling online in May and in a short amount of time have received a lot of positive feedback on Trustpilot. We believe in being pro consumer and challenge ourselves to provide the best service we can. Orders are sent out in excellent packaging, we want to stand out from other online sellers and set a high standard. If there are any issues with an order, we try to assist as much as we can and aim to find a resolution swiftly

We all change our mind from time to time. Please let us know as soon as possible and before the order is dispatched (our cutoff for posting is midday). A full refund will then be processed for you and will appear in your account within 1-2 working days of the cancellation.

We want to make sure our special priced or hard to find products reach as many customers who want to enjoy the game as we can. Therefore we may place restrictions on the number of same units that you can order at any one time. This is to prevent resellers from buying all of our stock. If there is a particular reason why you would want to buy more units (e.g. for a game club) please let us know and we will try to accommodate you in these situations, as best we can.

Yes, providing your order has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this, either email at [email protected] or phone (01909) 807277 during shop opening times. This may impact dispatch time and/or postage costs – we will discuss this with you.

Yes of course – please let us know in the ‘order notes’ section on the checkout. We also offer a giftwrap service which you can add to your items in the shopping cart.

Not currently – we price our products as keenly as we can with our current postage and packaging costs in mind. Sometimes other larger sellers will run loss leader promotions or sell at a price where we would lose money,  we are not in a position where we can do this yet. As our business grows this may be a facility we can implement and we will revisit this in time.

However, if some of our pricing seems quite off the mark compared to other sellers – please feel free to reach out to us and we are happy to review.

Yes, provided it is within 14 days of receipt and it is unopened, still in its shrink wrap and original packaging and it is undamaged. Once we receive the item back (in perfect unopened condition) we will refund you the cost of the item. Please note, in these situations, you need to cover the cost of return postage yourself and you need to make sure it is securely packaged. If it doesn’t arrive to us in undamaged condition, we may not accept the return. We will refund your order swiftly and always within 2 working days.

An order confirmation email is sent out at the time of ordering. Sometimes these go straight into peoples spam folders. Please take a look in your spam and if you cannot see it, contact us and we will help.

Yes, we can change this for you if you let us know before it is dispatched. If you wish to change your order address please call us (01909 807277 during shop opening times) or email us at [email protected].

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts with packaging, some items can become damaged during transit. Let us know within 10 working days about the damage and we will work with you for a resolution. This may be a discount or processing a return and giving you a full refund or replacement. Please contact us via email or phone. Please note, we will often ask for photographic evidence so we can assess the damage and aim to avoid this problem happening in the future.

Unless stated otherwise, all of the products shipped are brand new and sealed. Sometimes during the manufacturing process (and out of our immediate control), errors can be made resulting in missing or damaged game components. The game manufacturers are aware that such issues can occur and are often happy to resolve these issues for you. Many have part replacement forms on their websites that you can complete. If you have issues with obtaining these pieces yourself, let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Details for your order can be found under the ‘My Account’ section of the website, or alternatively you can see details in the order confirmation emailed to you at the point of purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don’t think you have not received this.

Unless stated otherwise, all our games are in English. Haba games are an exception as they come in either German or English. Haba games are language independent (no writing on any components) and they have English rules included, so it is just a cosmetic difference. We always let you know when it is a German cover though, in case that bothers you.

If an item is out of stock you can click on the ‘notify when back in stock’ link in that products page. Entering your email will allow us to tell you when the item is available to order. If you have a specific query, please contact us and we will try to help as best we can.

If you order multiple units of the same product which comes in differing variants, we will try and provide you with different versions so far as our stock holding allows. We cannot guarantee you will receive all different versions however. If you are wanting a very specific variant, you can contact us and we will try to help.

We aim to dispatch pre-order items to arrive on the day of release but this is determined by the date we receive the items from the distributor. We will always send out your preorder as soon as we possibly can. If there are delays from our supplier this may delay our dispatch to you by up to 3 working days. If we believe a pre order dispatch may be delayed, we will keep you informed.

Pre-order delivery will be charged at the standard delivery rate for that game. Please note, if you order a pre-order game at the same time as other ‘in stock’ items, those items will not be dispatched until the pre order is in stock. If you want to receive the in stock items sooner, we kindly ask you to place separate orders.

Pre-order release dates are determined by the game manufacturer as thus out of our control. We will keep you as updated as much as possible regarding any delays to your pre-order and revisions to delivery dates.
