You can cancel your order at any time between ordering and dispatch for a full refund. To do this please contact us via email to [email protected] or phone us on (01909) 807277. Refunds are processed swiftly and always within 2 working days.

When placing a pre-order you will pay for the goods at the point of sale and this reserves the item for you. Cancellation of the pre order can be made at any point until the order is dispatched. To do this please contact us at [email protected].

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 10 days of receiving the order. We will do our utmost to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible and minimise any inconvenience to you. Any faulty items/damage complaints raised after 10 days of receipt may be refused.

If you change your mind about a product you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is undamaged, unused and in its original wrapping. Postage costs will be covered by you and you need to ensure the item reaches Dragon Cavern in the same condition as it was originally received. If the item returned does not satisfy the above requirements we will not accept it. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 2 working days after confirming receipt of the items.

Please note that the majority of manufacturing faults with board games can be resolved via an email to the games manufacturer (e.g.missing cards/components or damage to any cards or miniatures). If you are having a problem contacting a manufacturer please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you. If you still wish to return an item in these circumstances, Dragon Cavern will cover the postage costs for your return up to our standard shipping rates.

If your item fails to arrive, please contact us as swiftly as possible so that we can rectify the situation for you. Please note that if you report your item as having not arrived, we reserve the right to resend the order (via tracked delivery) rather than issue a refund.

When placing an order it is your responsibility as the customer to provide us with a complete postal address. If a delivery cannot be made because of incorrect information, Dragon Cavern reserves the right to charge additional postage to resend the items and items will only be resent once the original items have been returned by the courier.

Accuracy is very important to us at Dragon Cavern and we strive to ensure that all shipments are sent out correctly. If you do find an issue with your shipment you are required to notify us within 3 working days of receiving the shipment, we will then resolve any issues and will try and do this in a manner that causes you the least inconvenience. If we do not hear from you within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel, you are deemed to have accepted the goods received as correct.
