In the unlikely event that an item is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect product information, Dragon Cavern has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item. Should a pricing error occur, Dragon Cavern may contact you with resolution instructions or cancel the order and send you cancellation information.

Dragon Cavern may, from time to time, send electronic communications to keep you informed regarding an order. We may also ask you for feedback on our service or the quality of the goods you received and send reminders should you abandon or forget to check out your shopping cart.

Dragon cavern may in some instances be required to limit the quantity of items purchased (either per person, per household or per order). We may apply these restrictions to orders placed using the same payment card or to orders with the same billing or shipping address. If a restriction applies to an order the customer has made, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
